Trying to upload first csv statement but keep getting a message saying I am trying to upload entries before my lock out date 2001. There are 2 problems with this;
- I have not set a lock out date
- The first date on my statement is 2014

It may be a formatting issue in the CSV file itself, but we’ll certainly try to help to get this working for you.
- Where did the CSV file come from (what bank)?
- Do you select the name of the bank from the list, or do you select “Other”?
- If you select “Other”, does the preview look fine, and does this work all OK?
The csv is from mt database file converted to csv. I selected other. The preview looks fine
