Uploaded Santander statements only go back to beginning of March. Can I upload previous ones or how do I enter transactions manually (including drawings, wages and other non-vatable payments), without obviously having the facility to tag them. ?

If you have the previous statements then you can upload these, there is no limit within QuickFile.
Or, you can enter transactions manually. When looking at the bank account on QF there is a green button + Input new transaction once you’ve saved this new transaction you will then be able to tag it
