Uploading sales from a ecommerce site


I have a business that I invoice people through quickfile but will be having a ecommerce site set up as a second website for a another side to the business. With the ecommerce site people will get invoice straight away via the online ordering system, what is the best way to log all the purchases made on the ecommerce site on to my quickfile account?

In general you’d need to separate that out into it’s own merchant account (a type of bank account in Quick File) and log the bulk sales, charges and transfers to the current account.

I will be doing something similar and will hopefully have it all tied together through the API so it should all be effectively automated. Depends what e-commerce package you are using though as to how easily achievable this is.
