any chance that a pdf (upkload) save section can be put in for estimates that hold information only related to us and not the client

What I do is use a draft invoice & put notes etc in it. Then work is accepted its just a quick update to the invoice & it can be sent to the client.
and your clients can see what is saved to this recorded , when it becomes a invoice
I put draft notes in, when the work is accepted and later invoiced, I tidy up the notes so the client doesn’t see anything I don’t want them to see.
