We have field engineer who we would like to be able to scan expense receipts directly into the Quickfile mobile app. We have created his account and set restrictions however when he logs into the app he can see the dashboard screen which is displaying the outstanding sales and purchases figures. Is there any way to stop this from showing in the app as I do not want our engineers seeing sales/purchase figures?

This is not possible at present,
I have changed the category to Feature Request, that way other forum users can vote on it and we can gauge the response.
You could use the option to photograph and email them to the Quickfile account depending on how many engineers you need to enable this for. Another workaround would be to photograph them amd upload them to a Dropbox folder linked to the Quickfile account.
