Using QF and Affinity with the same email: Locked out of an account

I created an Affinity account using the same email as my existing regular QF account. It looks like this resulted in me being unable to access my regular QF account.

I’ve tried resetting the password but when I do that, I seem to be locked out of the Affinity account.

I believe the problem is related to the same email addresses being used for the two different account.

The Affinity logins are separate from standard QuickFile accounts, so they shouldn’t interfere with each other.

If you try logging in with either account, what error message are you receiving?
