Variables in inventory items used on estimates not parsed

I’ve just created an estimate and added an item from the sales inventory that includes some variables but when I view/print the estimate the variables are just printed as is, not parsed for the date.

Are you creating a recurring invoice or a standard invoice? At the moment variables are only supported for recurring invoices.

If you feel this is something you would like to see implemented for standard invoices, please feel free to start a feature request for this.
