VAT Bridging Availability

I used to be able to upload my VAT return via the VAT bridging option, after paying a subscription a while ago, however now it is not an option on my account & when I went to submit a manual submission the HMRC rejected it.
Should I look at other software providers?

Is VAT Bridging enabled on your account? You can find this in your VAT Settings.

Hi Mathew, thank you for responding. Originally this had not appeared but for some reason the MTD flag had been removed & I did not realise that had to be selected to then highlight the bridging option - which was still selected. Therefore this should be ok now.
