VAT calculations not matching P&L

I’m facing some massive discrepancies between the “Total value of sales” and “Total value of purchases” figures and the figures showing in the P&L.

Q2, Q3 & Q4 show discrepancies in the hundreds which I can find several explanations for.

But Q1 has discrepancies of over £10,000 which I cannot find any explanation for.

Is there any way to see which entries go into calculating the VAT totals?

Can someone from the QF team look into my account to help me figure this out?

Hi @fambi,

If you download the calculations you will be able to see exactly what was included in your VAT returns. It is broken down by each box so you can clearly see the totals.
