VAT due on sales not pulling through

Hi, I’m creating my second VAT return with Quickfile but VAT due on Sales is not pulling through into the VAT report (VAT reclaimed on purchases seems fine). It did last time I did it and I have checked dates etc and entered correctly. Any idea why this is and how I fix it please? Thank you

Hi charlotte. A common thing I noticed on the forum is the payment date if your on cash accounting for vat. Do you use cash accounting? If so its worth checking the dates of the payments.
