VAT making tax digital - discrepancy found

Hi
I’m trying to submit my first online vat return on the new making tax digital scheme, how I keep coming up with an error message that states your vat submission failed as there maybe a discrepancy in the vat return. We will automatically investigate this and will contact you with further information ASAP, still after 9 days I still haven’t been contacted - where should I go from here - please help

The following may help:

MTD VAT Submission - discrepancy found?

Hi @KhoaiCafe This is likely because you have a return on your account already for this period (but not submitted using MTD). If you go to Reports >> VAT Returns, do you see a return there for the same period with the status of “Saved”? If so, view the return, roll it back, and then re-submit it using MTD. Hope that helps!
