VAT more than 20%

I have an invoice for windscreen repair, paying only the excess of £75.00 but the VAT we have to pay is on the full amount of the repairs.

Nett Amount £75.00
Vat £66.97
Total Amount £141.97

How do I input this? When I try to adjust the VAT amount, it just defaults back to 20%

You need two lines on the invoice, one at 20% VAT for the full value, and a negative line at 0% VAT to cancel out all but £75 of the net total.
