My VAT MTD permission had expired. I have relinked it through Quickfile (log into Govt Gateway). But when I try to create a new VAT return the get the following error
Resolved.
Found the following in the VAT settings page
Which brought up the following page:
I then clicked disconnect on the failed one and all works
