VAT references change and unable to file to HMRC

Hi, we have re applied for VAT after a period of being NON VAT registered, and have different details and date.
Our previous accounts and Vat submissions went to aug - oct 2014. I tried twice to submit this last VAT return, both times is came back saying ROLLBACK - and the third time it showed error with this message from the HMRC :

By ChRIS : The VAT Period you have entered 2014-10 for the VRN 103931445 was not found, please check and resubmit if necessary.

I have updated QuickFile with new VAT registration details and the new end of year date. The first VAT return to be submitted was to 31.10.15 - i tried 3 times and it would not let me submit. I tried 3 times - the first 2 times I tried they were recorded as Rollbacks. I submitted it finally directly to the HMRC site. I have tried to submit our next VAT to 31.01.16 and it won’t let me saying you need to submit VAT return for 01.11.14 - 31.01.15.

I have had to submit directly to the HMRC site again - but i am bothered that everything is not being reconciled and that it will pull all the last details into the new returns .

can you help?

QuickFile only allows you to submit VAT returns in unbroken sequence.

I have saved a NILL return on your account for 01/11/2014 to 31/07/2015 to cover the period. You should now be able to file for those successive quarters to bring you up to date.

Amazing! Thank you for your help!
