Regarding Vat Return when i go to create Vat return for a quarter period, in the Total sales and Total purchases box doesn’t show all the registered calculations.
Is there any adjustment i have to make ?

Have you downloaded the backing report to see how that total is derived?
Are you looking in the right place when comparing the total? Bear in mind if you’re on cash accounting it will be derived from the total payments in rarther than the invoices raised (which is accrual).
