VAT return not showing

Hello,

I have just tried to look at a clients VAT return however it i snot appearing on the list of VAT returns. The only VAT returns there are the filed ones. We have connected to HMRC MTD and have already submitted VAT returns so i know that this is not the issue. The next return is due by 07/09/2019 but there is nothing showing on QF

Can I just double where the return is missing from, please? It is the VAT return list, or is it as an option period from HMRC?

its the option period from HMRC

The periods listed are sent to us by HMRC. If you’re not seeing any open periods, I’m afraid you’re going to have to contact HMRC to see why this may be.
