Vat return - Organisation ID Not Found

I registered Business for the Apr 19 vat return, and submitted a return successful using the MTD bridging module. Since then become a power user, and am try to compete the May 2019 return. However I get the message - “Organisation ID Not Found.” when I try to create a new vat return.
Get the same message if I try to access the “Tax account” setup under Report -> HMRC.

Should I discount the existing account and try and create a new one?

I deleted the old tax account and created a new one for the same vat - I could then create and submit the return.
