VAT Return - Total value of acquisitions from other EC states exc VAT

We have just completed our VAT return and notice that in box 9 Total value of acquisitions from other EC states exc VAT we have figures when it should be zero.

Could anybody point me in the right direction to look at this, I assume this is a tickbox in a suppliers account somewhere?

You have 3 suppliers who are marked as EC VAT exempt and 27 purchase invoices. Do you want me to remove all these flags?
