Hi,
This is the first time it has happened, when submitting a VAT return it says “email vat submission failed” the supplier user credentials failed validation for the requested service.
I am assuming i would need to check the details in the dashboard, any ideas anyone.

This message originates from HMRC and usually indicates that the username and password we have stored is invalid.
Have you or your accountant recently changed your HMRC login credentials?

You can find VAT settings by either:
- Go to Reports >> VAT Returns, and then click VAT Settings, or
- Go to Account Settings >> Company Settings >> VAT Settings
