VAT Returns and upcoming changes from HMRC

Hi

I have read today that the way in which HMRC will accept VAT returns online is changing

Will quickfile still be able to file from within the software?

I didn’t read anything about a date - when will it be inforce?

It has to be with in softwares as HMRC is getting rid of option to use thier portal for bulk figure submission

HMRC are rolling VAT Returns into their Making Tax Digital (MTD) service. Private beta testing will commence from April 2018, but for most nothing will really change until April 2019.
