There isn’t an option for uploading Virgin bank transactions - should there be? The account was previously Yorkshire Bank but if I choose that the fields aren’t mapped correctly and the upload from Virgin doesn’t work.

you can use “Other” and map columns on your own.

Thank you @rhc . I was trying to use Yorkshire Bank as the downloads appeared to be the same but obviously they’re not. I will try it with the “other” option next time.
