We encountered a problem emailing this document: Email Send Error: Daily send limit reached

I am new to Quickfile, and have just generated my first batch of invoices (60).

When trying to send a new invoice, I am receiving the following error: We encountered a problem emailing this document: Email Send Error: Daily send limit reached.

Any ideas of next steps to resolve?

I notice on the account linked to your email there is an unverified SMTP setup.

You can access these settings via Account Settings > 3rd Party Integration >SMTP Settings.

Thank you for your prompt response.

This was actually setup as an attempted workaround for this issue. I have now removed these settings, but the issue remains.

Any further suggestions are most welcomed.

Apologies, I have just checked when your account was created.

There’s a default limit of 30 emails within 24 hours. This is to prevent people created accounts to use for spam emails (which we have seen in the past).

I have increased the daily send limit to 100 for you not (you may need to log off and back in to refresh your browser).
