Hi, I have a weekly backup sheduled to email but the backup is never received.
I receive an email backup if I start it manually but the scheduled backups never happen.
Has anyone else experienced this or have any advise please?

When was the last time you logged into your account? If there’s no login activity then the back ups won’t be generated.
I log in pretty much daily, Monday to Friday
