What impact have the changes made on the Lloyds TSB website had to the QF Bank Feed

i bank with Lloyds TSB and have regularly gone through the bank feed process with no problem however for the past couple of weeks i have been unable to do this. i only have the options of log in or settings, both of which just log me in to the online banking page with no option to initiate the bank feed.

there is a notice on the QF bar at the top explaining that QF will no longer work with the old lloyds site and to update to the new site. i have done this and it still doesn’t work.

i have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plug in and to no avail.

any rapid help would be appreciated

I have seen it mentioned that having login details saved will stop the plugin from working with some banks so maybe something worth looking at there.

i thought the same which is why i uninstalled and reinstalled. it gives me access to the lloyds online banking no problem just doesnt have the option to start bank feed

Follow the login through the QF link at the top, then login with your button box/password, then when your normal screen comes up (its in a new format to go with Lloyds new website), go to view statement, scroll down to the bottom of the screen, click export, then it gives you the option to select dates and upload to quickfile - i little more long winded - but it still works!!

I meant having your login details saved in the browser for the site, having “Remember Me” ticked etc.
