Where have my profiles gone

All my Affinity profiles are missing. I missed some direct debit payments though I thought they were represented and paid. Anyway, I paid whatever was outstanding and the account is now in credit.

I can’t see where to add new direct debit though so don’t know what that’s about.

Need access to the accounts asap.

When direct debit payments are missed the option is removed and the profiles are detached to stop debt building up on the account.

I have now reattached the profiles and removed the restriction for you to re set up the direct debit.

You may need to log off and back on to refresh your browser.
