I want to find my recurring journals and the online docs say to do this via the journal management screen.
Where is this?
This is what I see on the main journal page & there is no “recurring” (or I think it changed to “type”)
I definitely have at least one recurring journal and need to see if I have others or if I need to set them up again.
There was a feature request for an easy way to view a list of recurring journals but unfortunately it has been closed so I can’t up-vote it.
Hello @Silverfrost
The interface of the journals management screen (Reports > Journals) had an update not to long ago, I will get the support article updated.
Here is an example of how they would look in the new interface.
The top line is a reversing journal and the second line is a recuring journal (note the small icons after the journal name).
I checked the account linked to this email and there are no recurring or reversing journals listed.
Thank you, I have just created some new ones and the originals now show the little calendar icon. Is there any possibility of the new (recurring) ones also showing that calendar icon or have an option to just list recurring ones? The old, original journals quite often get lost amongst all of the other journals and are difficult to find.
I definitely had at least one annually recurring journal (last one 31/03/2025) but if you can’t see any maybe it has now expired - is there any way to check?
(I have never used reversing journals)
Thank you.
