Despite having the “Privacy Settings” | “Accounts and Return Reminders” option checked in “My Account” settings I am not receiving reminders from Quick File.
Is this a known issue? Is there a simple way to resolve / test this issue?

For LTD companies we send email reminders to you to advise you when your annual accounts and confirmation statements are due to be filed. They are usually sent 30 days before the due date.
I noticed there was not one sent last year and passed it to the development team for review.
The next accounts for you company are due by 31/07/2023
So really it’s too early for you to have received a reminder.
