Why do my invoices show as outstanding when they are not

Hi,

New to Quickfile…My invoices are showing as outstanding after I have updated them as paid. When you click onto them it clearly shows the invoice with payment and nothing is outstanding.
Ive tried re doing the payment but says there is nothing outstanding (although it is showing as an unpaid invoice…

Amy I logging the payment incorrectly or something…any help will be greatly appreciated !
