Why the Country Name appears on some invoices and does not appear on other invoices, at customer address?

If the supplier and client country are different then I believe the country will show on both the “to” and “from” addresses on the invoice. If you don’t believe this to be the case you can supply a specific invoice number and we’ll take a further look.

So, if the client is from the same country as the supplier, his address will be displayed without the country name?

When you raise an invoice, if they are from the same country as you (say, United Kingdom), then it depends on the an option in ‘Invoice Customisation’

On this screen, first click “Recipient Name Address” (1), and then tick / untick the box (2)
