Wise bank feed not showing bank charges

My Wise bank feed is not showing any bank charges.

For example, if I paid someone 350 GBP, my Wise statement shows 350.32 GBP (incl. the bank charges), but only 350 GBP is fed through to my QF account. As a result, the balance in my QF feed does not match my bank statement.

Is there a setting that allows me to feed in the charges? If not, how do I account for them?

Hi @Fortis

There is an option to pull in the fees through the feed. This will have to be done in the bank feed settings.

To access this, view your bank statement page, go to Options and select Bank Feed Settings

Hi Sian, thank you for the quick reply.

I attach a screenshot of a toggle in the bank feed settings - is this what you mean? If so, whether I toggle it on or off, the feed remains the same and the bank charges are still not added to the feed (yes, I refreshed the feed). Is there something else I should be doing?

Hi @Fortis

If it’s toggled to “On”, it will import fees for future transactions. It won’t work for transactions already imported.
