Trying to renew my Wise feed - if I start in Quickfile and click renew it takes me to wise login screen. I select the google option as it is tied to my google login - it logs in and just goes to the dashboard and nothing happens. Cannot find anywhere to allow the renewal within Wise - any suggestions please? Do I have to delete and re-create the feed (not the best solution if I have to do this every renewal)

This would be the best option given your situation, this can sometimes be the result if a bank has done some work on the systems at their side.
Thanks but that didnt work either - still going around in circles. Quickfile sends me to wise and wise sends me to quickfile with no connection or page to do anything
Managed to overcome it by using wise account credentials - cannot use Google login to renew/or add new it seems
