When I run the VAT report is it showing about 50k sales but if I search all the sales for the quarter that shows about 30k. How can I see details of invoices that VAT is pulling for the total?

OK, I used export button and I can see all the invoices it is using. However many of them are from 2018. I have submitted 3 vat returns in past using quickfile. The only thing new i have done is did year end accounts using quickfile service.
Still don’t understand why previous period vat invoices showing up.
Have you accidentally switched your settings from cash to accrual accounting or vice versa?
It is set to Accrual Accounting never changed it. I have got correct figures by changing the vat start date in settings but that is just a hack. Still need to find the answer.
