When I import an OFX file I see this in the bank statement view
GOCARDLESS C1</NAME><MEMO>HEALTHPAY-P7CWY3</MEMO>
The bank is RBS
If we have time later we will have a look at this. Otherwise I would suggest maybe using another format like CSV or QIF.
I’ve seen a few examples of banks issuing wrongly formatted documents, so this may be the case here?
