I need to undo my YE. I have deleted the YE journal but I am still getting the message…“We were unable to remove all the locks on your account as there is a year end journal for 31/03/2019.” when I try to change the lock date.
Please help.

You need to remove the journals, not just the lock.
bump, can one of the admins look at this for me please? I know I am not the first to come across this issue and it usually seems to be resolved on the backend.
