Year End Accounts - Over 12 months

I’m soon to submit my first set of accounts, my year end date is 31/12

However, because it the first year, HMRC have said I need to submit to tax returns
14/12/15 -> 14/12/16 and also 15/12/16 -> 31/12/16

Want to use the year end accounts service through quickfile, which only lets me select a single year range.

What do I do?

You should pick year ended 31/12/16 and selected accountant should prepare two tax return and submit it to hmrc with longer period accounts

Hi,

Most accountants will do the additional period at no extra charge. But this is on an accountant by accountant basis.
