Year End Journal not showing up

Hi, I’m trying to reopen a prior period however the end year journal (31/8/20) has disappeared!
The system behaves as if the journal is still there, but I can’t locate it in order to delete it!

Can you please help?

Hello @audreybecker

I can see on your account you have a Account Lock Date set to 31/08/2020.
(Account Settings > All Settings > Account Lock Date)
For some reason the journal was not showing, I have forced the lock to the last year-end journal date, opening the period for you.
Year end 2020 can now be re posted when required
