Year End Process Tool does not offer 2019 date

Hi,

We are trying to complete the Year End Process for 31/07/2019, but the option to go that far back is not available in the Year End Process tool. All help would be appreciated.

I have tried to change the Account Lock Date (to 31/07/2018) as the system is saying there is a Year End Journal dated 31/07/2019.

But I cannot find that Year End Journal 31/07/2019 anywhere in Journals, to amend or delete.

Not sure how to check the Archive, I thought that only applied to Invoices and Expenses, I am trying to look through Journals. All pointers welcome though. I have checked through the Log - but found nothing.

I have removed the static lock at our end unlocking the various year ends.

You can now process the Year end for 31/07/2019
