Yodlee Bank Feed - no transactions since November

About to close my sole-trader business on 31 March so checked my QF feed. On 1/11/17, I paid £18 for a Zodlee bank feed which worked until 29/12/18. A few transactions since then are not appearing on my Bank Feed (Barclays).

Is Zodlee still working (can only see Yodlee referenced here)

Have tried to refresh the Yodlee feed but cannot get back to 29/11/17?

The Yodlee bank feed should be working all OK.

However, when refreshing the data, Yodlee can only go back as far as the bank will allow them. For any missing data, I would recommend trying to get a CSV export of your data and importing it into your account.

Is the feed working all OK now apart from this?

Haven’t been checking, but it seemed to stop on 29/12/17. I can manually recreate as only a few transactions but seems like I wasted £18?

If it hasn’t worked for that period of time, it does suggest it may have been a specific issue with your bank (e.g. login details changed, or your setup) rather than a more widespread issue.

What’s the process at the moment when you refresh your feed? Are you prompted for a pinsentry passcode for example?

I’ve managed to get 3 txns from 24/2 - 26/3 back. Will have to manually recover the remaining ones.

No further txns expected before closing on 31/3.
