My Yodlee bank feed to Santander has stopped working. If I hit refresh it asks for all my confidential login information for Santander which I am loath to enter as I am not sure if it is Phishing. Can anyone help with this?
If you’re refreshing the feed inside QuickFile and you are being prompted to enter this information then it’s completely safe to so. The information is supplied directly to Yodlee.
On occasion Yodlee may encounter new fields that are required as part of the login process. These are then used to authenticate and download the bank feed data. My suspicion is that Yodlee are missing a required field to complete the login steps.
If the problem persists please let me know and I can open a ticket directly with Yodlee.
My Yodlee Santander feed is also not working it hasn’t updated for 11 days now. Like @mwstone180 I was nervous about entering my entire security details particularly as one question was asked twice?? That didn’t seem right to me. I took the chance after reading your comments about it being safe but although it retrieved my balance correctly it still didn’t update the feed. Really need this working. Thank you

Can I ask how many accounts you have with Santander? Is it just a current account, or are there more (like savings accounts)?
Thank you @QFMathew after a few attempts and back dating the feed to pick up the lost items it is now resolved.

If you do only have the current account, I would certainly recommend looking at Open Banking as this creates a direct link with the bank (no need to share any details). Let me know if this is of interest and we’ll help set this up on your account.
