Yodlee bank feed saying no new transactions

Hi
I have set up a yodlee bank feed which is working fine on my credit card account (updating automatically when new transactions come in) but with my Barclays account the new transactions are not coming through into QuickFile. I have waited a few days to see if this is a time issue, but am still having the same problem after 4 days.

Please can you suggest how I can fix this?

With the Barclays feed, can I just check a few things?

  1. If you manually refresh the feed, do your transactions appear?
  2. If you manually refresh it, are you prompted for a one-time token from a Pinsentry device?
