I’ve paid for the feeds, and they worked great for a few days. But now, weeks later, they only work if I manually trigger the refresh and then I get a tonne of duplicates. How do I get it to run automatically again?

When you manually refresh the feed, are you prompted to enter any security codes (such as one from another device)?
With the duplicates, how different are these to the originals? For example, is the date different? Is the description different?
