Yodlee problem - unable to select bank when setting up

Hi, This seems an ongoing problem. Subscribed to Yodlee bank feeds at the end of last week and tried to “Activate Feed”. After adjustingf cookie settings to allow 3rd party cookies the next overlay page came up which is supposed to show the list of popular banks but it remained blank with just the “close” link bottom left. The knowledgebase/status updates seemed to suggest this was an intermittent problem so I tried a number of times and then decided to try again today. Still no success. Please advise how to sort this or what arrangements there are to claim a refund. Thanks.

Have you cleared your cache and cookies and tried again? Are you able to upload a screenshot showing what you’re seeing please (hiding any sensitive information)?

clearing cache didn’t seem to change things but rather than going through the palaver of clearing cookies and thus losing the “good” cookies as well as the bad I opened up Firefox (Chrome is my default) logged in to Quickfile and was able to activate the feed OK. Then back in to Chrome and everything seems to work fine now. So it might be a Chrome issue or it might be a cookie problem but at least I can now get my bank feeds!
