That sounds like an error on the Yorkshire Bank website so you’d need to speak to them.
Are you still having issues connecting or have you managed to resolve this?
hi beth, no not sorted im afraid. tried each day for the last 3 days but coming up with same error each time. any thoughts?
Have you tried clearing your cache or even accessing through an incognito window to make sure that there’s nothing running in the background stopping the access?
