I have just logged into my Affinity account to check on something and found all my client proifiles have gone from the home screen. It is as if none of them where linked!! Which took an age and lots of help from you to get this sorted in the first place.
Can you look into this for me and hopefully get them reinstated.
I can see 3 profiles were removed on the 20th of August as the free trial credit expired and there were no funds or active Direct Debit setup on the account.
I’ve just restored those 3 profiles to your account, they were only unlinked so all the original data is there.
