Hi, I have frequently downloaded my statement and never had duplicates. I have now twice had a lot of duplication. There are transactions I have tagged and linked to purchases or sales, and even these have been duplicated. I carefully put in yesterdays date to todays date to avoid duplication, but have had about 300 transactions imported! Help!!! Vicki
A bank statement import will only duplicate entries if the date, description or amount are different to the original entry. I see in your case there are a few transfers you have entered and tagged manually, when the statement is imported, as the descriptions are different it will assume they are not related.
