All other banks I get the top banner with Capture from Import statement etc
but HSBC I only get this and no sign of an import to quick file anywhere within the bank’s website
With HSBC we don’t support import from login (i.e. automatically log in then retrieve the latest import). With other banks you will notice an import button on the above screenshot, however that isn’t available for HSBC.
You can however auto-log in and then go to the statement page manually where you will see an export to QuickFile button.
You basically go through the steps you would normally go through to export the statement, and there you will see the export to QuickFile button.
