Deleted contact but still showing on invoices

I’ve deleted the contact for a particular client but whenever I raise a new invoice, the old contact name is still coming up. Please help! Client won’t pay without the name being removed!

Deleting a contact does not retrospectively remove their name from every invoice. If you’d like to let me know your account number I can take a look in more detail for you.

Hi, I figured that would be the case but even when I raise a new invoice, the old contact name is still appearing. My account number is 6131408685 and the client in question is Bardon Lodge.

I’ve changed this to a “Bug” as we noticed that one area is not effectively filtering out deleted contacts associated with a client and is still referencing them in invoices. We’ve actually just fixed this on our development system now and it will go live in a couple of days. Thanks for taking the time to help us with this.
