EMail not being received from my AOL address (DMARC Issue)

When I send out bills by email they come back as undelivered. When I first started it worked but now it has stopped.

Remote server replied: 550 5.7.0 (COL004-MC3F48) Unfortunately, messages from
(80.175.65.138) on behalf of (aol.com) could not be delivered due to domain
owner policy restrictions.

It looks like you’re trying to send an email from an @aol.com email address, but from a different mail server. Because of that, it’s blocked.

I’d just double check your settings.

Yahoo and AOL recently (around April I believe) introduced DMARC as a way to authenticate mail. We don’t and unfortunately can’t support DMARC at this time so I’m afraid you’d need to considering using another sender email, preferably from a domain you own.
