I have installed the chrome plugin and entered my auth. code. I have worked through the support docs. and I get the point of logging into my HSBC Business account. I have inputed all the setting info. into the plugin and it logs in OK but then disappears. I have tried navigating around to my statement page and clicking on the blue button but that just takes me back the HSBC login process. I can’t seem to get the plugin to display the import option or date fields. Where am I going wrong please?
It should disappear once you’re logged in, that’s normal. The only difference you’ll see is an additional Export to Quick File button where you find the usual download areas.
Thanks for coming back to Glen. I have found the ‘Export to Quickfile’ button and the dialog said the export was successful but back on my QF account I don’t see any of the imported data. Any ideas?
