I cannot remove transaction from my account (PAYPAL)

I want to remove one of my accounts (Makar - paypal) and I have managed to remove most of transactions but now I cannot remove remaining two.

Do those entries on the bank have a greyed out delete icon? Have you filed any VAT returns, or run the year-end?
